The mission of Student Account Services at the University of Dallas is to serve the students by aiding them in meeting their financial obligations. Student Account Services is located in the Office of Finance on the first floor of Cardinal Farrell Hall. Below are some additional links that can assist you in paying your account.
When you provide a check as payment, you authorize us to use information from your check to make a one-time electronic fund transfer from your account. In certain circumstances, such as for technical or processing reasons, we may process your payment as a check transaction
The University of Dallas requires that before each semester students/parents setup payment arrangements for that semester. There are several options the student/parent may utilize to achieve this outcome.
Payment in Full: a student may pay the outstanding balance in full before the start of the semester.
Completing all financial aid paperwork and having enough funding to pay in full the outstanding balance for the semester before the beginning of the classes.
Enrolling in an online installment plan through Transact Payments platform. This options will have the account paid in full before the close of the current semester.
All students registering, after the payment arrangement due date (see "Important Dates"), must set up pay arrangements the same day of their registration.

The payment plan allows students at the university to pay for their semester charges over the course of several months instead of paying their accounts in full prior to the start of the semester. All degree-seeking full-time undergraduate students (except seminarians and F-1 Students) are automatically enrolled in an annual student health insurance plan. The general health insurance may be waived directly with the insurance company upon successful completion of an online waiver form before the deadline date. Click here to view insurance information.
